Claire’s Movie and Lunch Adventure
Claire had a truly delightful day watching Paddington in Peru. The charming story brought smiles and laughter, and a spot of lunch afterward added to the fun. Claire couldn’t stop laughing, making it a day filled with warmth and happiness.
Musical Magic with Stevan
Our music session this week was extraordinary as we welcomed Stevan, a gypsy musician from Bulgaria. Stevan captivated everyone with stories about gypsy culture, their traditions, and music. Participants thoroughly enjoyed learning and singing along to gypsy songs, immersing themselves in this rich cultural experience.
Festive Spirit at Ocker Hill
At the Ocker Hill hub, Christmas came early! Participants spent their afternoons putting up a beautiful Christmas tree and decorating it with care and creativity. The festive atmosphere was infectious, and everyone was thrilled to kickstart the holiday season with such joy.
Green Team in Action
The Green Team has been hard at work in the poly tunnel, preparing for the upcoming planting season. They dug in wheelbarrows of horse manure to enrich the soil for spring planting and also spent time tidying up for winter. Their dedication and teamwork are truly inspiring as they prepare for a bountiful growing season.
Imran and Rachel Enjoy Wicked
Imran and Rachel had an exciting outing to the Showcase Cinema, where they watched Wicked. Their enthusiasm was contagious, and they both thoroughly enjoyed this magical and uplifting show.
Crafting Christmas Cheer
Laura, Kevin, and Nile got into the festive spirit during a crafty morning of making Christmas decorations. With cheerful festive music playing in the background, their creations added a personal touch to the holiday season.
