At Options for Life, week starts with exciting activities, smiles, and new experiences! Our participants have been making the most of every moment, whether indoors or out in the fresh air.
🎳 Bowling Champions in Action! Liam had a fantastic day at the bowling alley, showing off his skills and securing a winning score! He was all smiles as he celebrated his success. Bradley also enjoyed a great bowling session at Castlegate, making the most of the friendly competition and fun atmosphere.
🌊 Exploring Edgbaston Reservoir Braving the cold, a group of participants went for a refreshing walk around Edgbaston Reservoir. They enjoyed watching the boats on the water and discovered the Birmingham Settlement project, where a variety of activities such as gardening, yoga, tai chi, arts, crafts, and even archery take place. Matthew took the initiative to gather leaflets and information to bring back, so everyone can explore future opportunities!
💅 A Relaxing Pamper Session Lorna enjoyed a self-care day at the Oak Green Lodge Beauty Room, where she had her nails painted and her hair styled. These beauty sessions are always a hit, giving participants a chance to unwind and feel fabulous.
🎂 Happy Birthday, Lewis! A big Happy Birthday to Lewis! His friends made sure to celebrate in style by singing Happy Birthday to him, and Lewis brought in a delicious cake to share. It was a lovely moment of joy and friendship.
🍫 Angela’s Delicious Chocolate Sponge Cake Angela showed off her baking skills today by making a chocolate sponge cake! Everyone admired her work, and we’re sure it tasted just as amazing as it looked.
