Autumn Crafting Magic: In a burst of creativity, everyone enjoyed making adorable autumn gnomes at the craft session. The room was filled with smiles as participants put their unique twist on each design, celebrating the season in style!
Exploring Birmingham with Laura and Owen: Laura and Owen had a fantastic day out in Birmingham. Laura took in the city's famous landmarks, appreciating the rich history and culture. Meanwhile, Owen had a more playful adventure at the Kitty Café, where he enjoyed some furry companionship. After dinner, the pair wrapped up their day at the library, where they discovered the hidden charm of the secret garden.
Nita’s Artistic and Sporting Success: Nita's day started off with a lovely surprise—she bumped into friends while strolling through the art gallery! After taking in the creative atmosphere, she headed over to bowling, where she claimed victory over the staff. As if that wasn’t enough, she sharpened her skills at the pool table, learning all about colours and control. A day of fun, learning, and winning!
FunFit: Working Hard and Feeling Great: In the FunFit session, participants pushed their limits with a circuit workout. Everyone gave their all, showing determination and energy. It's inspiring to see our participants work hard and support each other.
